CHillside
The zone is situated between London Road, Leith Walk, Allanfield and Easter Road. Consultation on the proposed measures was undertaken between 02 June 2005 and 01 July 2005. A total of 3193 explanatory leaflets were delivered to households within the zone area, which generated 15 responses as follows: 8 in agreement, 5 representations and 2 objections. The traffic calming features were constructed in October 2005.

CWest Pilton
The zone is situated between Pennywell Road, Crew Road West, Ferry Road and West Granton Road. Consultation on the proposed measures was undertaken between 31 May 2005 and 01 July 2005. A total of 3597 explanatory leaflets were delivered to households within the zone area, which generated 7 responses as follows: 3 in agreement, 3 representations and 1 objection. The traffic calming features were constructed in December 2005.

CIona
The zone is situated between Dalmeny Street, Easter Road, Albert Street and Leith Walk. Consultation on the proposed measures was undertaken between 02 June 2005 and 01 July 2005. A total of 2322 explanatory leaflets were delivered to households within the zone area, which generated 4 responses as follows: 2 in agreement and 2 representations. The traffic calming features were constructed in November 2005.

CDudley
The zone is situated between Ferry Road, Newhaven Road, Dudley Crescent and Dudley Avenue. Consultation on the proposed measures was undertaken between 07 March 2005 and 03 April 2005. A total of 577 explanatory leaflets were delivered to households within the zone area, which generated 17 responses as follows: 7 in agreement, 6 representations and 4 objections. The traffic calming features were constructed in August 2005.

CMuirhouse
The zone is situated between Ferry Road, Silverknowes Gardens, Muirhouse Parkway and Pennywell Road. Consultation on the proposed measures was undertaken between 09 June 2005 and 08 July 2005. A total of 2900 explanatory leaflets were delivered to households within the zone area, which generated 1 response as follows: 1 representation. The traffic calming features were constructed in January 2006.

CGroathill
The zone is situated between Groathill Avenue, South Groathill Avenue, Groathill Road South and Telford Road. Consultation on the proposed measures was undertaken between 02 June 2005 and 01 July 2005. A total of 105 explanatory leaflets were delivered to households within the zone area, which generated 3 responses as follows: 1 in agreement, 1 representation and 1 objection. The traffic calming features were constructed in February 2006.

CDrylaw
The zone is situated between Easter Drylaw Drive, Wester Drylaw Drive and Ferry Road. Consultation on the proposed measures was undertaken between 09 June 2005 and 08 July 2005. A total of 1788 explanatory leaflets were delivered to households within the zone area, which generated 3 responses as follows: 2 representations and 1 objection. The traffic calming features were constructed in March 2006.

CTrinity
The zone is situated between Granton Road, Lower Granton Road / Trinity Crescent / Starbank Road, Craighall Road and Ferry Road. Consultation leaflets on the proposed measures were delivered on 5th & 6th June 2006 to 2200 households within the zone area. The 4 week consultation period ended on 04 July. Click on the link below to see a summary of the responses as of 24 July 2006. Subsequently the traffic calming features were constructed between November 2006 and February 2007.

CMill Lane
This zone is situated between Great Junction Street, the Water of Leith and Henderson Street. Please click on the link below to view the consultation plan. A total of 890 explanatory leaflets were delivered to households within the zone area on the 1st of June 2007. The 4 week consultation period ended on the 29th of June 2007 and of the 6% of people who responded, 79% voted in favour of the scheme and 21% objected. The traffic calming features were constructed between March and April 2008.

CWarriston
The zone, Warriston Road is situated, between the junctions of Logie Green Road and Canonmills and it is bounded on one side by The Water of Leith. Please click on the link below to view the zone map. A total of 252 explanatory leaflets were delivered to households and businesses within the zone area on 22 June 2009. The four week consultation period ended on 20 July 2009, and generated 54 responses as follows: 8 representations, 11 objections and 35 in favour. The traffic calming features were installed in January 2010.

NNorth Fort Street
This zone is situated between Nichollfield, Lindsay Road and Dudley Bank. A total of 690 explanatory leaflets were delivered to households within the zone area on 23 April 2010, which generated 32 responses as follows: 20 in favour and 12 objections. The results of this consultation were referred to the Transport Infrastructure and Environment (TIE) Committee on 27 July 2010. The committee decided to proceed with the construction of this scheme. A copy of the report submitted to the committee can be viewed by going to www.edinburgh.go.uk/cpol/Link/index.html Click on the 'Go to Committee Search' button and search for the TIE Committee of 27 July 2010. It is anticipated that the work will be carried out during the spring of 2011.

VViewcraig
This zone is situated between Holyrood Road and Queens Drive. A total of 705 explanatory leaflets were delivered to households within the zone area on 22 April 2010, which generated 40 responses as follows: 36 in favour and 4 objections. The results of this consultation were referred to the Transport Infrastructure and Environment (TIE) Committee on 27 July 2010. The committee decided to proceed with the construction of this scheme. It is anticipated that the work will be carried out during the spring of 2011.

CoCoates
This zone is bounded by Haymarket Terrace, Magdala Crescent, Douglas Crescent and Palmerston Place taking in Grosvner Street. A total of 1,103 explanatory leaflets were delivered to households and businesses within the zone area on 31 may 2010. The four week consultation period ends on 28 June 2010. Please click on the link below to view the zone map. If the outcome of this consultation is supportive of the measures outlined in the plan the installation of the proposed traffic-calming features will either have a phased implementation during the course of the tramworks or will be installed once the Tram Project is completed in this area. Prior to construction, residents will be informed either by letter or through notices on lamp posts in the area.
